PocketQuest (I)

A friend and I have been working on a little project, a simple yet fun mini Dungeon Quest type game, in which you control a group of adventurers exploring(ie looting) a randomly determined dungeon. The game covers spells, fighting (obviously) exploring, magic items, traps etc and includes a campaign system so that you can stick with your little characters and watch them advance and become more powerful over time. Whilst written with 6mm mini's in mind, it will work fine with anything up to 20mm.

We have managed to rope in Richard at Perfect 6 mini's and Connor at The Miniature Architect to supply the figures and game boards respectively.

We still need to tweak the rules and to finalise a couple of little details such as having Leven miniatures cast up some dungeon furniture for inclusion in the box, but its almost ready to go into production, before we do though we are trying to gauge interest in this game, as that will effect the numbers on the initial run, so please take the time to look over the following pictures and let me know (by leaving a comment)if you would be interested in this sort of thing:

6mm Sci-Fi/Post Apoc Project (VI) - KR16 Campaign - The Characters

Not got much done of late, in fact I had not painted a mini for over two weeks until today when I decided to pull my finger out and finish of my sci-fi skirmish project. So onto the figures, these are all from either Angel Barracks or CinC, and I plan on using them to represent civilians and special characters for my campaign:

Bounty hunter:

Mining party:

Paul - the lone wanderer:

Corporate suit:

A collection of civvies:

A colonial family.

Professor Waat - intergalactic crimelord:

And I have finished off a the last of my vehicles:

This one is a conversion using Ground Zero Games bits pack:

Finally a GW Tyranid bit which at this scale makes for a sizeable alien creature:

I'm feeling re-motivated at the moment so I am cracking on with some more 15mm sci-fi stuff before definately moving on to my Old west project.
