Apologies for the lack of posts of late, all my projects seemed to have stalled recently, although I am now beginning to move forward again on a couple of them and will hopefully be posting semi-regularly again soon.
In the meantime, I have finally gotten round to updating the Pocketquest rules and I have uploaded the most recent version of the Lords & Lands Army lists and Points Calculator as received from Craig. They can all be found here:
POCKETQUEST
LORDS & LANDS ARMY LISTS
LORDS & LANDS POINTS CALCULATOR
And on there respective pages here:
Pocketquest Page
Lords & Lands Page
and for good measure they are also on the Resources page.
Nearly finished both by 15mm WW2 scenery and Germans and my 15mm Sci-fi colony, before moving onto the remaining Pocketquest heroes and bad guys I have to base and paint and a few bonus Epic Imperial Guard miniatures I have recently acquired.

6mm Fantasy Project (8) - (More Pocketquest heroes and some Bits n Bobs)
I have been busy of late with my latest sideline project(more on this in a later post), but in between that I have been trying to finish off a few smaller projects, one of which is my 6mm fantasy stuff, so here are my latest batch, just one more group of about 20 minis to do, but I ran out of putty for the bases:
Perfect 6, rats and spiders:
Baccus, Rapier & Baccus, heroes:
Baccus and H&R, heroes:
Baccus and Irregular, heroes:
Perfect 6, troll and orc:
Baccus, goblins:
Baccus, Elf command:
Perfect 6, pigs and farmer:
A few more heroes and villains including my rapier miniatures Medusa and Minotaurs and this project will be complete, well at least until I get hold of some more characterful minis.

Odds & Ends (15) - Pages Added
Some of you may have noticed that I have added a few pages(links towards the top right of this page), as well as the existing Pocketquest page, there is now a page dedicated to the fantasy mass battle rule-set Lords & Lands, with new material added by the author, and links to loads of downloadable army lists.
Secondly there is a page where you can find all the issues of the free webzine Small Scale Quarterly (SSQ) a webzine focussing on 15mm and smaller miniatures.
Finally a Resources page where I have placed a few documents that you may find useful to download (Quick reference sheets, counters etc).
I have been busy painting recently and will be back to posting soon, and also will be posting a big update to PocketQuest in the next week or so.

Odds & Ends (11) - Some Updates to my Blog
Just to let anyone who may be interested know that the Pocketquest Main Page has now been updated and a PDF of v3 of the rules are available on request.
Also a new page has been added which is dedicated to the Lords & Lands wargame, the page can be found toward the top right side of the screen or here! Please do check it out as it has all the available Army lists, and will feature new rules, any errata and an FAQ, plus news about any future developments for Lords & Lands.
I'm in the process of making a bunch of terrain at the moment so will resume my usual blog postings shortly.

6mm Fantasy Project (7) - Hero's & Monsters
I have been working through my small pile of spare 6mm fantasy minis finding uses for them and I didn't do too bad, managing to make some command bases for Lords & Lands Fantasy, plus some random monsters for the same game with the bonus that some may double for use in Pocketquest.
First up some random monsters:
And finally as I had more Orcs than I needed for Pocketquest, I decided to make a unit of mercenary Orcs for Lords & Lands(rules will be in the next issue of SSQ):

And for those of you who may not have seen, I have updated the PocketQuest page with a bunch of spare minis from Irregular, Microworld and Baccus who will act as extra heroes and villains, I wont repeat the pictures here, just pop over to that page which I will keep updating with my 6mm dungeoneering types rather than double posting here.

PocketQuest (II)
Well I am happy to announce that PocketQuest has now been officially released and can be purchased here.
I have and will be updating my PocketQuest page here (There is a link near the top right of this blogs front page).
Currently there are a few new rules and the start of an FAQ and I will be adding new content fairly regularly.
Normal service will resume on my blog shortly as I have been very busy painting a load of stuff which will fill a good few blog posts.

PocketQuest (I)
A friend and I have been working on a little project, a simple yet fun mini Dungeon Quest type game, in which you control a group of adventurers exploring(ie looting) a randomly determined dungeon. The game covers spells, fighting (obviously) exploring, magic items, traps etc and includes a campaign system so that you can stick with your little characters and watch them advance and become more powerful over time. Whilst written with 6mm mini's in mind, it will work fine with anything up to 20mm.
We have managed to rope in Richard at Perfect 6 mini's and Connor at The Miniature Architect to supply the figures and game boards respectively.
We still need to tweak the rules and to finalise a couple of little details such as having Leven miniatures cast up some dungeon furniture for inclusion in the box, but its almost ready to go into production, before we do though we are trying to gauge interest in this game, as that will effect the numbers on the initial run, so please take the time to look over the following pictures and let me know (by leaving a comment)if you would be interested in this sort of thing:

6mm Fantasy Project (6) - Dungeons & Castles
Well, April has been a hectic month, between the kids school holidays, re-laying my drive and helping decorate our bedroom I have had less time than usual to spend on geek stuff! Still, I managed to grab a few more games of Gruntz, and visit the Royal Armouries for their new (Perry miniatures) Agincourt display and popped in to show some support for my club who were putting on one of a number of participation games.
Onto some more additions to my fantasy project, this time (and a first for me) some pro-painted 6mm mini's painted and produced by the very talented Richard at Perfect6. I am planning on using these for a Dungeon exploration/RPG-lite game that I'm in the process of writing. The only thing I have done to these is base them up on 5p pieces with some Milliput made to look like rough flagstones.
Check out Perfect6's site for far better pics of these minis:
Next is a bit of a coup for my little ol' blog as these are the first pictures of Leven miniatures forthcoming Castles/Keeps, and lovely they are too, I'm informed that their may be some minor changes yet and they should be available to buy around July:
Currently I am on with my 15mm scale Mech some more heavy weapons teams, and desperately trying to get my act together to finish of my 6mm sci-fi skirmish stuff!

Mick at Leven has also re-done the city wall set, this being a picture of the newly made Gate section:
